The site organizes general information about the Colfax County Sheriff, trial courts, Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, and Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. It does not issue official records or act for those offices.

Questions about an official criminal record must go to its custodian. Colfax County Criminal History cannot answer for the sheriff, a court clerk, Nebraska State Patrol, NDCS, or the registry.
